Description
Senior State Team Confirmation, if you have been selected in the Senior Team you must complete this.
- Go to https://www.playhq.com/login and Log In.
Click on “your Name” and then “My Account”.
Click on “My Public Profile”.
Check the URL – profile/XXXXXXXXXXXXXX/statistics.
Copy the PlayHQ Profile ID, example XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
- Please quote the Play HQ order number # where you paid the AEBF Yearly Affiliation Fee – 2025 Fee of $15.00 or $15 + 20 = $35.00 Fee.
- The Play HQ order number # will be in the email and PDF you were emailed from notifications@playhq.com.
